Mozy sucks! I’ve had it for two years and I recently switched to a new computer and their servers deleted the backups I had completed with my old computer…all 160gigs of data disappeared from their backup servers. Also, Mozy’s website is always down…it’s been down all day today. Their tech support is a JOKE! They don’t even know how Mozy works. I am so fed up that I am days from canceling my account. They need to get over their Starbucks culture and get serious about business.
Online backup is the best way to backup files. The industry is maturing, and expected to grow by 89% every year.
